Drivers of public utility jeepneys beg for support from passing motorists and commuters along Blumentritt Avenue in Manila, on 30 June 2020, on Day 108 since Metro Manila was locked down under an enhanced community quarantine in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although strict quarantine protocols have been lifted and public transportation has been gradually allowed, traditional jeepneys have yet to return to their routes; with drivers and their families having no income to depend on for food and necessities.
