Malolos City—Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Philippine National Police seized more than 750 kilos of imported high-grade shabu with an estimated street value of P5.1 billion in a buy-bust operation Thursday night.

PNP chief Director-General Archie Gamboa said this is the biggest drug haul for the year.
The drug contraband were hidden inside 63 boxes of imported biscuits found in a house at Relay Street, Meralco Village in Brgy. Lias, Marilao, Bulacan.
Authorities led by Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat arrested a Chinese national identified as Yuwen Cai and his Filipina partner, Ma. Angela Moile Tulio, 38, and her sister Marialyn, 23.
The suspects were also caught with the P1 million buy-bust boodle money.
