San Miguel Corp. completes delivery of 40,000 sets of personal protective equipment to more than 60 health facilities in the country, including the Lung Center of the Philippines (shown), the Quezon Institute and Quirino Memorial Medical Center. The company is also taking delivery of the first 10,000 PPEs manufactured locally by members of the Confederation of Wearable Exporters of the Philippines. These are all part of the P500-million fund earmarked by the company to help hospitals and medical frontliners in the battle against coronavirus disease 2019.
