Insurer launches digital innovation

Generali Life Assurance Philippines, Inc. (GLAPI) launches its global strategy and new innovation in a bid to improve clients’ access to various benefits and services.

Held at Shangri-La at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City, the launch focused on the company’s Lifetime Partner strategy by offering new and improved digital platforms namely, GenConnect (mobile app), GenPortal (web platform for HR partners and health providers), and GenNetwork (web platform that assists medical providers in processing documents, among others). Likewise, a 24/7 Call-A-Doc feature is added to its current health and wellness programs.
