Changes in rules explained

Philippine Basketball Association deputy commissioner Eric Castro explains to the players and team officials the latest revisions in some playing rules on Friday during a visit at the tune-up game between NorthPort and Rain or Shine at Green Meadows. Castro and PBA technical head Bong Pascual are making the rounds at team practices to ensure that all team personnel understands the new rules, which will be implemented this 45th season.
