THE Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has intensified job facilitation and youth employment programs as part of initiatives to boost hiring across the country in the coming 2026.
In line with its commitment to conduct monthly job fairs nationwide, DOLE reported that it successfully held 2,176 job fairs across the country as of November 2025.

These job fairs were attended by 529,158 jobseekers, resulting in 74,564 hired-on-the-spot applicants, based on the Department’s latest accomplishment report.
Furthermore, DOLE implemented several youth-focused employment programs. A total of 151,316 beneficiaries under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) received wages amounting to more than P686 million.
