The Land Transportation Office (LTO) ordered the owner and a driver of an Isuzu truck and its driver to shed light on an incident of reckless driving at the South Luzon Expressway on Dec. 26.
LTO chief Markus Lacanilao said the registered owner and his driver must explained why they should not be held liable for reckless driving, disregarding traffic sign along the expressway.

Investigation based on a viral video showed the truck weaving in and out of lanes at the SLEx, a clear violation of driving safety standards.
Meanwhile, the LTO suspended the license of the driver for 90 days, while the truck was placed on alarm status.
