A P70-million palay post-harvest facility will rise soon on an 8.5-hectare land in Kapalong, Davao del Norte.
Gov. Edwin Jubahib on Wednesday led the ground-breaking ceremony for the project called Agriculture Hub designed for rice processing and drying.

“It is convenient for our farmers in the First District and Second District of Davao Del Norte,” Jubahib said.
Apart from farmers in Kapalong, the facility is also expected the serve those from neighboring towns of Talaingod, Asuncion, Santo Tomas, San Isidro, New Corella for Carmen, Panabo, and Dujali, he said.
