Globe Telecom said it has won multiple awards at two global award platforms, the 10th annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers and the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence.
The recognitions highlight Globe’s commitment to employee empowerment and technological transformation.
Globe, a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, was one of only three organizations to secure 14 trophies at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which recognizes the world’s top workplaces, HR teams, and people-centric initiatives.
The company also won a Silver Stevie Award for Technology Team of the Year at the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence, which celebrates achievements in the tech landscape.
“These awards reaffirm our status as an employer of choice and a technology-driven organization on the global stage,” Globe president and chief executive Carl Cruz said in a statement.
“We are and will always be a premier destination for top talent in the Philippines and Southeast Asia,” he said.
Globe won two gold trophies at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers. The Leading Transformation Award recognized the company’s agile and future-ready workforce model, while the Best Use of People Analytics award honored how data is used to drive strategic HR decisions.
The company’s approach is rooted in the belief that people strategy is business strategy. Globe has invested in reshaping the employee experience through data-powered transformation, a skills-first approach, and leadership development initiatives.
“We are proud that the Stevie Awards recognized our people-first culture and placed our employer brand at par with global leaders in HR excellence,” Cruz said.
