Marking a milestone 70th anniversary, the Filinvest Group emerged as a winner at the 2025 Stevie Awards for Great Employers, taking home four prestigious honors that spotlight its people-first approach and group-wide HR transformation.
The recognition includes three wins for Filinvest Development Corp. (FDC) and one for subsidiary Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), showcasing a collective achievement across the conglomerate.
FDC and Filinvest Land earned accolades for standout initiatives that continue to build a future-ready, values-driven organization:
