The Philippine Air Force (PAF) has concluded its participation as an observer in Exercise Talisman Sabre 2025, which took place from July 12 to 20 across various locations in Australia.
In a statement on Monday, the PAF said its delegation observed three key areas of the allies’ war games—Live Fire Exercise (LFX), Information, and Public Affairs.
PAF personnel gained strategic insights into integrated air and missile defense operations, as well as coalition-level information planning, as part of their engagement with allied forces, it noted.
The exercise brought together military units from Australia, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and other participating nations.
“The experience supports the PAF’s ongoing efforts to build a future-ready air force capable of operating in complex, multinational environments, and reinforces its commitment to regional cooperation and joint readiness,” the PAF said.
Other units from the Armed Forces of the Philippines remain involved in Talisman Sabre 2025 activities, continuing efforts to enhance interoperability and combined training with 19 allied and partner nations, it added.
