Ejercito highlighted the tourism potential of Pagsanjan, including the iconic Pagsanjan Falls, and stressed the need to invest in infrastructure and services. He also commended DOT efforts to revitalize heritage and natural sites across CALABARZON.

Raga, Lumban’s first lady mayor, presented her sustainable tourism vision for the town, anchored on its natural beauty and rich embroidery heritage. She also underscored the importance of community-based tourism that creates livelihood opportunities, especially for the youth.

A key highlight was Raga’s reaffirmation of the tripartite agreement between the three towns, which focuses on joint festivals, cultural promotion, and infrastructure. The event ended with PACALUM leaders pledging to expand scholarships and youth development programs alongside DOT efforts.
