The Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 12 has issued an order setting the arraignment and pre-trial of former Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo ‘Arnie’ Teves Jr. on June 30 at 8:30 a.m. for murder charges.
Teves’ legal counsel Ferdinand Topacio released the information on Friday. The order was dated June 25, 2025.

The Manila RTC also notified complaining witness Luciana Pialago Bato to attend the proceedings.
Earlier this month, Teves was arraigned before the same court on charges of illegal possession of firearms and explosives. The court entered a not guilty plea on this complaint in Teves’ behalf as he invoked his right to remain silent.
