THE Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has awarded 195 electronic titles covering 674.56 hectares of agricultural land to 209 farmer-beneficiaries in Quirino province.
Quirino recorded the second-highest number of titles awarded in the Cagayan Valley region, following Isabela with 381 titles, Nueva Vizcaya and Cagayan with 25 titles and 17 titles, respectively.

Through the agency’s Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (Project SPLIT), 209 beneficiaries have benefitted in Barangay Keat, Nagtipunan, Quirino.
Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella III vowed to fast track land distribution to be able to meet project deadlines and deliver the benefits of land reform to more agrarian reform beneficiaries.
