Globe Telecom’s Artificial Intelligence Group (AIG), headed by chief AI officer Anton Bonifacio (front row, sixth from left) hosts a trade delegation from the Embassy of the United Kingdom led by Martin Kent, His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner for Asia Pacific (fifth from left) at The Globe Tower in BGC. During the session, the AIG talked about how Globe is exploring and experimenting on the use of AI to address employee pain points and improve customer experience. Kent called Globe a ‘tremendous company’ that he hopes would partner with more British businesses.
