An 18-year-old student was killed during an alleged fraternity hazing rites in Barangay San Anton, Nueva Ecija, last Sunday night.
The victim, a Grade 11 student from Barangay San Pablo, was found dead after reportedly undergoing the final rites of a fraternity initiation.
