Integrated energy company Semirara Mining and Power Corp. (SMPC) and its parent company DMCI Holdings Inc. receive 3 Golden Arrow award from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) at the prestigious ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards. Both companies have been consistent recipients of this award since 2019. Receiving the awards are (from left) SMPC independent director Francisco Dizon, DMCI executive vice president and chief finance officer Herbert Consunji and SMPC lead independent director Ferdinand Dela Cruz. The awards honor publicly listed companies for exemplary adherence to the Philippine Code of Corporate Governance and internationally recommended corporate governance practices as promoted by the ACGS.
