Apart from these services, job fairs were also simultaneously conducted in five Bicol provinces — Sorsogon, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Albay, where over 2K employment opportunities were offered to Bicolano jobseekers.

These activities were mounted by the labor department in support of the nationwide launching of the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Para sa Lahat Program, a series of initiatives that bring government services closer to the Filipino people and help them start their livelihoods and support their daily needs.

Laguesma emphasized the importance of the activities, noting their direct impact on the lives of Filipinos, particularly those in vulnerable sectors.

“These program from job fairs to TUPAD payouts and livelihood distribution proves the sincere duty of the President to provide quality service to the Filipino people,” said  Laguesma.

The DOLE head urged beneficiaries and job seekers to take full advantage of the opportunities presented to secure a stable future.
