Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Sec. Rex Gatchalian is joined by Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Sec. Anton Lagdameo in the distribution of cash aid and relief goods to residents of Matanog, Maguindanao del Norte on Sunday. Families affected by heavy monsoon rains were the beneficiaries of the material assistance under the DSWD’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) program.
