Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ramp up their partnership to push the Register Anywhere Program (RAP) to increase the number of registered voters in the country ahead of the 2025 midterm elections. In the run of RAP on June 20 and 21, Meralco’s north and south area offices in Valenzuela City and Sta. Rosa City in Laguna accommodated employees and dependents of Meralco and its subsidiaries.
