Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez receives a plaque of appreciation from Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice- Gov. Alexis Castro at the Barasoain Church in Malolos City, as the nation celebrates its 126th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine independence on June 12, 1898. Romualdez was the guest of honor and speaker during the commemoration rites.
