The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Monday deployed its E-Patrol Services at the Rizal Park in Manila for a two-day processing of the driver’s license and other services in celebration of the country’s 126th Independence Day on June 12.
LTO chief Vigor Mendoza II said the deployment of E-Patrol Services runs from June 10 to June 11 in support of the commitment of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. to bring government services closer to the people under Bagong Pilipinas.
“This is also in line with the instruction of Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista to ensure that all the services under the department are fast and comfortable,” he said.
The E-Patrol Services shall also accommodate the processing of student permits and shall receive complaints through its public assistance complaints desk.
“We will also assist our clients regarding their Land Transportation Management System portal concerns, like changing of password and retrieval of accounts,” Mendoza cited.
Applicants must take advantage of the deployment of E-Patrol Services since its objective is to ensure comfortable and fast transactions for all clients, the LTO said.
The applicants must bring the necessary documents, such birth certificate, valid ID, theoretical driving course for the student permit, and proof of passing mark of the comprehensive driver’s education exam.
“The LTO family joins the Filipino people in celebrating our 126th Independence Day. And as part of our solidarity, we brought our service closer to our countrymen,” Mendoza said.
“This kind of service to our countrymen will continue as part of the big change in the field of public service under Bagong Pilipinas of our Chief Executive,” he added.
