Singer-rapper Mingyu of Korean boy group Seventeen made a “trending” debut at Paris Fashion Week, appearing at Dior Fall/Winter 2024 show on Wednesday.
Making a dapper appearance in a navy blue smart casual suit featuring a sleek tailored blazer with notch lapels, padded shoulders, full-length sleeves, a curved hem, and an open front, the Korean idol styled the suit with a pair of matching navy blue pants featuring a mid-rise waist, a pleated silhouette, flared straight-leg fitting, above-the-ankle hem length.
Mingyu also paired his suit with a relaxed-fit, white and light blue pinstriped shirt featuring button closures and colorful gemstone details on the collar and hem.
Exuding sophistication and charm, Mingyu’s striking visuals garnered praise among fans and attendees of DIOR’s fashion show.
“I’m [a] little bit nervous, but I tried to keep it cool,” said Mingyu on his fashion week debut.
Dior Fall/Winter 2024 show featured a collection of fashion designer Maria Grazia Chiuri’s ready-to-wear ensembles at the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. The newest pieces revisited and paid tributes to the roots of Dior’s ready-to-wear pieces in the 1960s.
