An official of the Department of Trade and Industry-Laguna Provincial Office monitors a private supermarket in San Pablo City, Laguna. Based on the monitoring results on Feb. 14, 2024, the establishment was found to be compliant with the suggested retail prices (SRPs), and it was observed that the supplies of basic necessities and prime commodities (BNPCs) remain stable. The DTI, through its Consumer Protection Division, regularly monitors the price and supply of BNPCs in the province.
