Sunshine Place introduces its latest offering, the “Mindful Movement Class,” featuring seasoned instructor Irene Chia, where participants can delve into the enriching world of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art renowned for self-defense and health benefits, provides an ideal avenue for those seeking a gentle yet effective form of exercise. This art form contributes to maintaining strength, flexibility, and balance while serving as a moving meditation that enhances mental well-being.

Participants in the class will be guided through a structured routine involving slow movements and deep breathing techniques.
