At least 30 impoverished residents of Tacloban City are now proud owners of pedicabs they received free of charge courtesy of the Tingog party-list, the Office of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and the Department of Labor and Employment. On hand at the turnover rites held in Brgy. Calanipawan, Tacloban City are Karla Estrada, Tingog director for community affairs, and DOLE representative Shirley Nibreja.
