Key locators within LIMA Estate have partnered with Aboitiz InfraCapital by leasing beds within The Pods at LIMA. Epson Precision Philippines, Inc. and Furukawa Automotive Systems LIMA Philippines have respectively leased 414 and 198 beds. The Pods at LIMA offers residents a comfortable and community-focused living experience. Common amenities include a canteen, mess hall, laundry facilities, and commercial areas, designed to promote a sense of community and convenience within the dynamic LIMA Estate. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates is planning stages the second phase of The Pods, featuring an expanded capacity of 2,500 beds for locator employees.
