Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) officer-in-charge Hans Leo Cacdac, assisted by personnel of the Migrant Workers Protection Bureau and the Manila Police District, padlocks the office of Gisgerman Document Facilitation Services at the Alcantara building on 704 Pablo Ocampo Sr. St., Malate, Manila for alleged operation without the required license from the DMW, The agency also said the recruiter was overcharging job applicants for Germany by as much as P102,000 on top of the initial enrolment fee of P5,000.
