Darwin Farnacio, commanding officer of Air Force City Hospital (AFCH) the completed facility in a simple ceremony. Following the renovation of the out-patient department of the Air Force City Hospital for Phase 1 in 2022, SMFI went back to the hospital to renovate the lounge/receiving area, hospital administrative area, emergency room and the radiology area.
