Light to moderate traffic of vehicles going back to the so-called Big City after spending the New Year in the provinces north of Metro Manila wait for their turn at the North Luzon Expressway Bocaue Toll Plaza in Bulacan. NLEX management deployed some 1,500 personnel to help ease the congestions at the toll booths of the expressway.
