A CIVIL society advocate and non-government organization leader has made a fearless forecast that rice being sold at P20 a kilo is attainable by boosting palay production using organic fertilizer.
According to Wowee Manguera, chairwoman of the I-Unlad Kabuhayan Foundation, pilot rice fields in Laguna and Leyte have doubled their palay output using the Eupagrow organic fertilizer being distributed by Eupacare Marketing Inc. The pilot projects are in the towns of Pagsanjan and Bae, and San Pablo City in Laguna, and Matag-ob in Leyte province.

EUPACARE introduces its product to farmer’s and agricultural technologists of rice, corn, and vegetables nationwide.
