Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval, City Administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete, and other local government officials received the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance award, plus a facsimile check for P2.3 million from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) at the national awarding ceremony held at The Manila Hotel.
