Century Properties, Accor open new hotel in Mandaluyong

Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) and global hospitality group Accor opened Novotel Suites, their first hotel venture in the Philippines.

CPG president and chief executive Marco Antonio said in a news briefing the opening of Novotel Suites in Mandaluyong City is line with the government’s thrust to promote tourism.

“With the renewed interest for travel globally, having Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua to host travelers will further boost the Philippine government’s push to bolster the tourism industry,” said Antonio.

The hotel, which primarily targets long-staying guests, features 152 rooms and suites with spacious working, living and dining areas.

Its 31-square meter standard rooms are equipped with an ample workspace, perfect for corporate travelers, while the 45 sq. m. to 75 sq. m. suites are ideal for families looking to spend quality time together and long-staying guests.

“Guests will feel the warmth of home at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua. It will usher in a new concept of ‘home away from home’ experience for long-stay travelers who are in Manila for business and for families who are in search of a weekend leisure,” said Novotel Suites Manila general manager Raul Aquino.

It also offers an all-day dining restaurant on the 6th floor, a private dining room that can welcome up to 20 guests, two meeting rooms which can accommodate up to 30 guests each, a fitness center and an infinity swimming pool.
