Bureau of Corrections chief Gregorio Pio Catapang Jr. leads other BuCor officials at the opening of the arts works on exhibit inside the National Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City. The artwork, dubbed ‘Farms Not Arms’ was fashioned by visual artist Pete Jimenez out of tools of death such as improvised knives and other bladed weapons confiscated from the inmates.
