All dogs go to heaven

A priest blesses dogs of all breeds and sizes at the Minor Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in New Manila, Quezon City. The rite was part of the observance of World Animal Day and the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of all animals.
