Local firm Eleven 09 Construction Supplies Trading, represented by its President/CEO Susana S. Oca and CEO Kim Jaewon, has signed a comprehensive memorandum of agreement (MOA) to acquire mining rights and sales rights for nickel ore.

Under the MOA, the two parties will establish a mutually-beneficial and productive relationship and other conditions concerning their agreement shall be modified through further detailed discussions.
