A gripping tale of deceit unreels on afternoon television

In a tale of resilience and redemption, The Missing Husband portrays the indomitable strength of a family shattered by an investment scam. Premiering today on GMA Afternoon Prime, the drama chronicles the journey of Anton and Millie, played by Rocco Nacino and Yasmien Kurdi, as they navigate the treacherous aftermath of losing everything they held dear to a fraudulent scheme.

Also led by a stellar cast including Jak Roberto, Sophie Albert, Joross Gamboa, the series delves into the harrowing realities faced by OFWs Anton and Millie. Initially drawn abroad in pursuit of a better life, their dreams are upended when an unexpected pregnancy leads them back to the Philippines. Eager to secure their future, they invest their hard-earned savings into a promising opportunity, only to discover that it’s a meticulously orchestrated scam.

Also starring in the action-suspense drama are Nadine Samonte as Nona, a devoted wife and mother; Shamaine Buencamino as Sharon, Anton’s clingy and dependent mother; Michael Flores as Banong, Anton’s happy-go-lucky and lazy brother-in-law; Maxine Eigenmann as Leila, the grumpy and rude sister of Anton; Cai Cortez as Glenndolyn, Millie’s fierce yet funny best friend; Bryce Eusebio as Norman, the nerdy and aloof son of Leila and Banong; Patricia Coma as Arya, the smart and achiever daughter of Nona.
