Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez turns over to Tacloban Mayor Alfred Romualdez—who is also chairman of the Eastern Visayas Regional Peace and Order Council—several pieces of communication equipment during a meeting at the House of Representatives on Tuesday.
