A new health center and multipurpose hall will be established by the City Government of Caloocan in Barangay 176 Bagong Silang.
The groundbreaking ceremonies for the new facilities, led by City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan, were conducted in Phase 1 Pkg. 2 for the center and Phase 7 for the multipurpose hall on Tuesday, July 19.
Mayor Along affirmed the essential necessity of the facilities and emphasized that aside from quality infrastructure, services offered must also be top-notch.
“Titiyakin natin na ang mga bagong pasilidad na ito ay magiging maayos at mapapakinabangan. Bukod sa imprastraktura, kailangang world-class din ang mga serbisyo,” Mayor Along stated.
“Sa laki ng populasyon ng Brgy. 176, hindi na uubra ang sama-sama kayo sa iilang mga pasilidad lamang. Kung kinakailangan, lahat ng phase ay dapat may center at tanggapan,” the Mayor added.
The local chief executive also vowed that the city government will continue to provide the best kind of infrastructure and services for the welfare of Caloocan residents.
“Sinisiguro po natin na kapag may ipinapagawa tayong bago, dapat lagi ‘yung pinakamaganda. Hindi na po pwede ang basta compliance lang,” Mayor Along said.
