Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. said Tuesday it plans to raise up to P17.45 billion from the issuance of fixed-rate bonds.
AEV said in a filing with the stock exchange it would issue the bonds as second tranche of its P30-billion bond shelf registered debt securities program approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in November 2022.

It said it plans to issue the bonds in the third quarter of 2023, subject to market conditions.
The bonds will be listed on the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp.
