DoubleDragon taps master sales agent for Japan hotel

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. said Wednesday it appointed H2 Christies’s International Estate as the exclusive master sales agent for its first international hotel project.

DoubleDragon said in a disclosure to the stock exchange H2 CIRE would be the principal sales and marketing agent of Hotel101-Niseko project in Hokkaido Japan.

H2 CIRE may also tap sub-agents under it to market the Hotel101-Niseko units that would come with the perpetual titled individual unit ownership in the sprawling 1.17-hectare free-hold titled land of Hotel101-Niseko.

H2 CIRE is an international real estate brokerage firm with more than 400 offices and about 10,000 real estate agents in nearly 50 countries and territories around the world.

H2 CIRE holds a master licensing agreement to expand the renowned Christie’s International real estate brand across key Japanese markets, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hakuba, Fukuoka and Okinawa.

DoubleDragon earlier said Hotel101-Niseko could generate up to $128.88 million (P7.12 billion) in unit sales revenue.

Hotel101–Niseko will be one of the largest value hotels in Niseko with 482 signature rooms offering comfort, convenience and accessibility to all types of travelers.

“The Hotel101- Niseko units are seen as a solid investment since the unit owners are able to directly and perpetually own a real estate hard asset through the full ownership of the unit through a condominium title,” DoubleDragon said.
