A fire of still unknown origin struck an area of Paranaque City near the Cavitex toll gate on Saturday.
The blaze that reached 4th alarm started around 2:30 pm at Lorenzana Compound, San De Coastal, in Barangay San Dionisio.
Multiple fire trucks were seen at the area, causing traffic on the northbound lane of the Cavitex to be backed up all the way to Bacoor, Cavite.
No one was reported hurt as of press time. But the fire quickly escalated to the fourth alarm just 14 minutes after it was reported, social media reports showed.
