Vivamax achieves remarkable milestone

Popular streaming platform Vivamax has reached an impressive milestone of seven million subscribers. This significant achievement highlights the platform’s growing success and ability to attract a substantial audience.

While it is true that Vivamax offers a wide range of content, including films and series, it is important to note that the platform caters to various genres and preferences. While some of the content may fall under the category of more provocative or daring themes, it is not the sole focus of the platform. Vivamax aims to provide a diverse selection of content that appeals to a broad audience.

Vivamax’s success in reaching seven million subscribers can be attributed to several factors. The platform offers a user-friendly interface, a vast library of movies, shows, original series, and more. This variety of content ensures that subscribers have access to a wide range of entertainment options.

Since its launch in February 2021, the platform’s growth has been nothing short of extraordinary. It took only eight months to gain one million subscribers, and by January 2022, it had reached two million. By the end of 2022, the subscriber count had soared to five million, and in May 2023, Vivamax proudly crossed the seven million mark.

The platform’s success can be attributed to its extensive library, which currently boasts 408 titles, with a new addition every week.

In a statement sent to Manila Standard Entertainment, the media company said that Vivamax’s content is not only focused on mature audiences but caters to a diverse range of preferences.

Moreover, the platform has expanded its reach to more than 100 countries and territories, including Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe, Oceania, China, Africa, and Central/South America.

In addition to Vivamax, Viva introduced Viva One in February, offering wholesome content suitable for families and a general audience.

Among Viva projects, the Sarah-Lloydie reunion is anticipated by fans

“Vivamax’s remarkable growth and the introduction of Viva One demonstrate Viva’s commitment to providing a diverse range of compelling content, catering to various audiences and preferences. With an exciting lineup of releases and continuous expansion, Vivamax and Viva One solidify their positions as go-to platforms for high-quality entertainment in the Philippines,” the statement said.

Within just three months, Viva One has already amassed 500,000 subscribers, prompting the development of its standalone app for easier access and subscription.

With two distinct streaming apps, VIivamax and Viva One, Viva strengthens its position in the local video streaming industry.

“Out of the seven million subscribers, 40 percent of them are active users and the North America and the Middle East are the top markets outside the Philippines,” said Viva Inc. President and CEO Vincent del Rosario during Viva’s official announcement party held last week.

While Vivamax continues to provide a treasure trove of classic Viva titles, Viva One is set to produce new and exciting content.
