In a recent TV interview, Julie Anne San Jose was asked if she feels ready to perform in a concert alongside Sarah Geronimo. The singer-host-actress from GMA jokingly exclaimed, “Oh my God! I’m feeling the pressure!”
Julie Anne, known as Asia’s Limitless Star, made it clear that she doesn’t view the concert as a competitive event against Sarah.
“First of all, there is only one Sarah Geronimo. There can only be one. It would be an honor, of course, to do a duet with her. I look up to her,” she emphasized.
When asked if she would be prepared for such an opportunity, Julie Anne expressed her willingness to prepare diligently. She acknowledged Sarah’s influence on her music and highlighted her admiration for Sarah’s achievements in the industry.
Julie Anne also shared a fond memory of watching Sarah perform in a church where she regularly attends mass.
“Yes, I was part of the choir. It was Christmas then and I saw her perform. I experienced fangirling during that time.”
If given the chance to perform a duet with Sarah, Julie Anne expressed that it would be a tremendous honor, concluding with her declaration of love for Sarah.

In a recent media conference, GMA star Kate Valdez was asked about the rumors of her being in a relationship with fellow Kapuso artist Yasser Marta.
“No, we’re not officially a couple yet. However, he is currently courting me,” she disclosed.
It’s encouraging to hear that she is now open to potential suitors.
“My parents have given their approval, so I am open to the idea. Yasser and I are currently in the process of getting to know each other better.”
Regarding their current status, Kate prefers the term ‘courtship’ over ‘exclusively dating’ as she considers herself traditional. They are still in the process of getting to know each other better.
When asked about Yasser’s chances, Kate cannot provide a definite answer. However, she acknowledges his consistent pursuit and describes him as kind. They are taking their time and proceeding at a comfortable pace.
In her new show Walang Matigas na Pulis sa Matinik na Misis, Kate is paired with Kelvin Miranda, with whom she previously worked in the successful soap opera Unica Hija. When it comes to developing a romantic relationship with Kelvin, Kate explains that as actors, they understand the need to balance their professional and personal lives. At this point, they are genuinely good friends.
“Well, it’s our work. We have to balance the professional with the personal. We’re actors and we know what we’re doing. All I can say is as of now, Kelvin and I are really good friends,” Kate ended.
