In its partnership with DOTr, Reckitt handed out to commuters and travelers in the MRT and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals 2, 3, and 4 free Lysol products and materials to promote safe travel. Over 1.2 million Lysol products were distributed during the campaign.

Meanwhile, Reckitt along with PRSP distributed Lysol hand soaps to students from many public schools in Metro Manila such as  Marikina, Pasig, Quezon City, San Juan and Las Piñas, as well as the Ilocos region.

“We, at Reckitt, are proud to have done our corporate social responsibility in protecting Filipinos from the devastating effects of the COVID-19 virus. Even though we are close to going back to normal, people everywhere are still aware of the need to “Disinfect to Protect”, and we are delighted to have made this impact on everyone; thanks to the help of our partners at DOTr and PRSP,” said Atty.Diana R. Mari, the Regulatory Policy and Consumer Relations Manager of Reckitt.

Lysol reminded travelers at NAIA of how important it is to Disinfect to Protect as they head to their destinations.

“Education among Philippine public schools is a significant and worthwhile endeavor that PRSP is proud to champion,” said PRSP Director, Georgina Banzon.  “As the economy and educational institutions slowly reopen, PRSP is taking part in building a better normal for our Filipino students, and this includes providing the right hygiene tools and encouraging the right hygiene practices to help combat COVID-19. PRSP is honored to collaborate with Reckitt for this worthy initiative during the pandemic,” Banzon added.

Through initiatives and endeavors such as these, as well as top-quality products that millions of people around the world can trust, Reckitt is fully committed to helping everyone take the best possible care of the world we all share.
