Perpetual Help, Grandsoul open Japanese caregiving training site

In 2019, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA Calamba Campus and the Grandsoul Japan Co., LTD sealed a partnership to address the demand for highly skilled caregivers in Japan.

Dr. Anthony M. Tamayo, President of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta, studied projects that the need for caregivers will steadily increase as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to pose health risks across the globe.

Thus, Grandsoul Japan Co., LTD commits itself to helping every Filipino fulfill their dreams and donated a state-of-the-art facility to the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in Calamba Campus.

By replicating its caregiving facilities in Japan to support the establishment of the UPHSD-Grandsoul Japan Center for Japanese Caregiving Education, enrollees get six months of quality Japanese language training and Japanese Nursing Care Training and eventually will have the opportunity to work as caregivers and have the chance to live in Japan.

UPHSD-Grandsoul Japan creates opportunities for every Filipino through its world-class Japanese Caregiving Training Facility.

Well-trained instructors from the Allied Health Department of the university underwent three-month intensive training in Japan so enrollees acquire exceptional knowledge and the skills set required for the job.

Books, online platforms, and other learning materials will be provided to trainees to make sure that quality training shall be imparted and to be more globally competitive caregivers.
