Residents of PHirst developments can now enjoy professional property management care of property and facilities management company Century Properties Management Inc. (CPMI).
CPMI offers various services, including administration and customer services, repairs, maintenance, billing, and collection.
Previously only focusing on high-rise residential buildings and office spaces, CPMI is now branching out to large horizontal developments, starting with servicing five locations of PHirst Park Homes—namely Tanza, Lipa, San Pablo, Calamba, and Pandi.
CPMI, a subsidiary of real estate developer Century Properties Group Inc., expects additional projects this year, and aims to service all PHirst projects in the upcoming years.
Established in February 1989 by Jose E. B. Antonio, CPMI was among the first to provide professional property and facilities management services in the country.
