Giving the POEA a new look

Hard hat workers precariously mounted on a scaffolding give a new coat of paint to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration building along Ortigas Ave. corner E. de los Santos Ave. in Mandaluyong City. The use of safety harnesses as a form of protective equipment is mandated under Republic Act 11058 which strengthens compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
