This Mt. Data Halsema Cliff stretch of the Baguio-Bontoc Road in Bauco, Mt. Province remains dangerous even as the Department of Public Works and Highways took significant time to clear it of rocks and other debris that cascaded from the mountains since the earthquake last July 27th and succeeding typhoons that loosened the earth and triggered rockslides. The DPWH recently declared the mountain road open, but another rockslide on Tuesday blocked it anew.
