Bomb scare at the U.S. Embassy

A ninja-looking member of the Manila Police’s bomb disposal unit defuses a motorcycle box initially believed to contain an explosive which was found abandoned on a parking lot along the Roxas Blvd. service road opposite the United States Embassy. The suspected IED (improvised explosive device) turned out to be a dud.
